Bell

RBT

I struggled in school and dreaded going every day, I was easily distracted in classroom settings and hardly comprehended subjects. I soon moved to a one on one classroom where I didn’t have to learn the way the group did, but learned in ways that work best for my individual needs. ABA is that one on one support for neurodivergent children, it guides them to achieve there goals, shows empathy to there struggles and constantly finds new learning tactics that work best for there individual needs. During my three years as an RBT I have seen my clients reach their behavioral goals and then some. I have enjoyed working together with families and BCBAs, I enjoy brainstorming new levels of promoting and tactics that fit individual clients. Most of all I love seeing my clients excited, happy and ready to engage in sessions this shows me that they love learning and enjoy behavioral therapy. Ultimately I became an RBT because I know what it’s like to have a learning disability, but I continue in this field because being apart of these kiddos growth is inspiring to me.

Toni

RBT

Toni has been in the childcare field for over thirty years. As an owner, operating her own family child care business for over sixteen years, and a Head Start and private school teacher for roughly eleven years.

Toni has a deep passion for the Early Childhood Field and is a strong advocate for children. Her vision is to always take children on adventures where they can investigate new ideas and form their own thoughts and ideas through hands-on and open-ended learning experiences. She believes every child is unique and learns at their own individual time, and everyone deserves to learn through their own learning style, with family as an essential part of learning. Together, we will create opportunities to create a win so that the child and family will achieve their goals and dreams. Tracy is a mother of four adult children and six grandchildren.
